Fees

The prompt payment of fees helps us to defray our office costs and run our office efficiently. Therefore we ask for payment at the time of the visit. We accept many insurance plans and in most cases, we will bill your insurance plan directly.  If we are not a provider on your insurance plan, we ask for full payment at the time of the visit and will give you an insurance form with the amount paid and diagnosis which you can mail directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. All co-pays and co-insurance are payable at the time of the visit and are collected when you check in.

Fees are determined by the type of visit and the need for treatment, injections, lab or immunizations. We also bill for hospital visits and procedures done in the hospital. There is a surcharge for after hours visits when the office is officially closed and for emergency visits that disrupt our previously scheduled appointments. If you have any questions about your bill, please do not hesitate to ask your doctor or our practice manager.

For those families that cannot pay at the time of the visit, we will bill you monthly. If you have a large bill and cannot pay promptly, please discuss the problem with our business manager. We would be happy to work with you to give you assistance whenever possible.
